Thankfully for my gut, Europe doesn't have that many slutty foods as they are 'sophisticated'. Munich is the exception to the rule where you can only eat slutty meals where each meal has pork, gravy, some sort of dough and beer.
Some examples include:
- Pork leg with crispy skin served with a side of dough balls swimming in gravy,
- White sausage that you remove the skin on before eating. Red Sausage. Brown sausage. You catch my drift.
- Dark sausage infused with cheese.
I have some friends from Germany, and they introduced me to the peeling of the sausage skin before eating the white sausage. I was intrigued, grossed out, and satiated all at the same time!
